For several months I began to experience extreme sleep issues. Tired but can’t sleep, waking up every hour, staying up for hours etc… you may be experiencing similar since you’re reading this. I decided to try this sleep tincture. I don’t take any other medication for sleep, not even drinking teas at the moment. I take about 7 drops. By day 3, I was still in and out of sleep but I noticed when I woke up in the night, I was waking from a deeper sleep. By day 5, I was sleeping through the night with occasional wakes. By day 7 and present (close to two weeks use) I sleep so good! I only wake to use the bathroom, I still have vivid dreams and once I get out of bed in the morning, I don’t feel so tired! I will be getting more of this tincture. It is wonderful. 10/10! If you’re having trouble sleeping it’s worth trying out. To better sleep!

I’ve been using this sleep tincture for a few years now and find it very helpful to calm my nervous system and keep me drowsy through the night without feeling lethargic in the morning. If you have sleep issues, I definitely recommend trying it!

I am a very good sleeper in general, but I bought this just because I thought it would be good to have just in case. OMG this is one of my top 2 favorite product from this company...I have bought a lot! Now I get really deep sleep. I truly believe good sleep is more important than nutrition and exercise! It's the foundation of health. Even if you sleep well this is something for everyone to take!

Wow! I bought after reading the reviews, as I have been experiencing insomnia and I am an extremely light sleeper. The first time taking this was about 40 mins before bedtime. I did my meditation before bed. I felt like I was sinking into the ground. The feeling was so relaxing and I had a hard time trying to sit up. I went to bed and slept so comfortably without any interruptions or needing to get up. I even slept through my husband’s snoring and teeth grinding, which is a big deal for me. I highly recommend for anyone with sleep difficulties. Thank you so much for this beautiful plant medicine, it’s definitely a must-have in my books!
