My Journey

I've been on my own healing journey for many years, intimately understanding that when we heal, we have more love to give ourselves and others. We learn to live powerfully from the inside out, embodying inner peace and trusting both ourselves and the process of life.

As a "closet woo-woo spiritual person" throughout my corporate career, I always meditated and dedicated my personal life to self-improvement. When I moved back to Queensland on the Sunshine Coast, I knew it was time to step into my power. I had the opportunity to leave my corporate life and fully immerse myself in what I'm truly passionate about—living a life on purpose, helping others to live their best lives, and healing as a community.

Daily breathwork allowed me to finally feel my stored trauma, and slowly, consciously, I used energy work to release old stories and patterns I had been carrying throughout my life. I am now passionate about helping others find this same freedom—to live without limiting patterns and stories, and to truly thrive

My Philosophy

My approach to healing is to create a safe space for clients to express and feel anything that needs to be processed. By allowing emotions and feelings to be fully experienced, they can be processed and released, enabling the body to move forward from trauma responses.

The ability to process trapped emotions often allows a person to heal physical ailments or feel lighter as their nervous system and neural pathways release. I believe healing therapies have the potential to cleanse your body, heal your heart, and nourish your soul.
