Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read these terms and conditions before booking any services with Alkaluma. By scheduling a session, you consent to be governed by the following provisions:
1. Parties
Throughout these terms and conditions, 'you' and 'your' refer to the client. The facilitator/practitioner, Vivien of Alkaluma, will be referred to as ‘the practitioner’ or ‘Alkaluma.’
2. Overview
These terms apply to all individual Reiki/energy healing sessions, breathwork sessions, packages, courses, workshops, and any related offerings provided by Alkaluma. This agreement also incorporates any additional terms outlined on the facilitator’s website or third-party booking platforms.
Please ensure you have reviewed these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with a booking.
3. Client Obligations
3.1 By attending a session or event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have written parental/guardian consent.
3.2 You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that may impact your participation, and you accept full responsibility for your health and well-being.
3.3 You understand that every session is unique, and results may vary based on individual circumstances.
3.4 You acknowledge that Reiki, energy healing, and breathwork are complementary practices and do not replace professional medical or psychological care.
4. Payment
4.1 The cost and inclusions of each service are detailed on the Alkaluma website and booking platform.
4.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an installment plan has been agreed upon.
4.3 Payment plans, where applicable, are offered at the sole discretion of Alkaluma and must be adhered to as agreed.
4.4 Clients are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or additional charges associated with payments.
5. Refunds and Credits
5.1 All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued except in the event that Alkaluma cancels a session or event without a rescheduled date.
5.2 Refunds or credits are at the discretion of Alkaluma and will only be considered in exceptional cases.
5.3 Any credits issued must be used within three months of issuance.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
6.1 Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session without incurring a cancellation fee.
6.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the full session fee being charged, with no refund or credit provided.
6.3 If Alkaluma needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered an alternative date, a credit, or a full refund at the practitioner’s discretion.
7. Canceled or Postponed Events
7.1 Alkaluma reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or significantly alter any event due to unforeseen circumstances, venue availability, or factors beyond control.
7.2 If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, clients may request a refund (minus booking fees) within 30 days of cancellation notice.
7.3 If an event is postponed, clients may opt for a credit or transfer their booking to the rescheduled event. Failure to make a request within 30 days will result in an automatic transfer to the new date.
